What are the shipping options for  Balance the Superfood Shot products?

Our products are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

How long will it take to get my products?

Typically it will take 7-10 business days unless you select a quicker option. We are centrally located in the US, so there’s a good chance it will be delivered quicker! 

Balance the Superfood Shot does NOT ship orders the same day they are placed. All expedited orders will ship the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. This email will arrive 1-2 business days after you receive your initial order confirmation email.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary with every order and all shipping options and costs will be calculated for you in the "Shipping Method" section during checkout.

Do you ship products Internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not.


Does ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Orders by standard shipping can be delivered to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

What if my order was damaged in transit?

In the unlikely event that your product does arrive with damage, please let us know within 21 days of your order date by emailing us at and please include photos.


How do I get a refund if I am dissatisfied with Balance the Superfood Shot?

Balance the Superfood Shot is satisfaction guaranteed within 30 days of the purchase date from both and all retailers. To receive a refund if purchased from, please mail us your original receipt along with your unused Balance the Superfood Shot product within 30 days of the purchase date.

Your refund will be issued back to the credit card that you used to purchase the product. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your refund request to be processed and refund issued. We only accept returns, exchanges, and product-related issues for products on Please contact the retailer you purchased your products from for proper return instructions.


Do I have to pay to ship Balance products (supplements, vitamins and Balance the Superfood Shot) back to you?

Customers are responsible for shipping all exchange/return merchandise back to our warehouse. We do not offer return shipping labels.

Which method of shipping should I use to send my Balance the Superfood Shot products back?

You can choose any method you like (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return, as BTSS LLC (Balance the Superfood Shot) will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit.

Did my product arrive back at your warehouse?

Please reference the return tracking number you secured to verify your package has been delivered. If the tracking number confirms delivery, please be assured your package has been received and will be processed shortly. You will not receive notification from us upon arrival at the warehouse.

How do I know my exchange/return has been processed?

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing from the time you return your item(s) to us. For exchanges, you will get an email confirmation once the new product is on its way out to you.
